Instructions for using the Saturn Voucher Card: Using the Saturn Voucher Card: The Saturn Voucher Card can be redeemed at any local Saturn store in Germany, as well as online in the Saturn online shop at www.saturn.de, for the goods and services offered there. The Saturn Voucher Card is anonymous and transferable. Online use: The Saturn Voucher Card can only be used for online purchases if it has a PIN code. We assume no liability for damages resulting from transactions made by unauthorized persons using the card number and the corresponding correct PIN code. Activation The Saturn Voucher Card can only be used after it has been activated. The card is activated at the checkout when purchased in a Saturn store. Cards purchased remotely must be activated by clicking on the activation link sent separately, unless a deadline for automatic activation has been set for the individual case. Credit/Top-up The Saturn Voucher Card can be topped up with a maximum amount of €150. Used credit can be reloaded. Once the credit has been fully used, it can only be reloaded within 60 days. The credit cannot be paid out. No interest is paid on the balance. Validity: The Saturn Voucher Card remains valid for five years from the last use. Loss: The card will not be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or damage. Claims can only be made upon presentation of the card. Blocking the card is not possible. Issuer: Your Saturn Voucher Card is issued by Media-Saturn Deutschland GmbH, Wankelstraße 5, 85046 Ingolstadt.
