Pine labs is a private limited company organized under the laws of India and is the issuer of Gift cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions. Gift Card Purchase and Redemption: The gift card can be redeemed for any services, fitness products, or any other offerings provided by Cult.fit and/or Cult.sport. Once you redeem your gift card, The gift card balance will be credited to the wallet provided by cult.fit and/or cult.sport which can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card has expired. Gift cards may only be purchased in denominations from Rs. 1 to Rs. 10,000 or such other limits as Pine Labs may determine. Gift Card Expiry and Refund: The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of its purchase. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be provided for any unused balance on the gift card. The gift card validity can be extended, based on request. Gift Card Lost or Stolen: The gift card is the responsibility of the gift card holder, and cult.fit and/or cult.sport is not liable for any unauthorized use of the gift card. Gift Card Terms and Conditions: The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of cult.fit and/or cult.sport (as the case may be), which may be amended from time to time at their sole discretion. Cult.fit and/or Cult.sport (as the case may be) reserves the right to cancel or suspend the gift card program at any time without prior notice. Other terms: No interest will be payable by Pine Labs on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. You, Pine Labs and Cult.fit each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
