The gift card can be used several times up to the amount of the balance available on it and, if necessary, can be used in combination with other means of payment until the balance available on the card is completely used up or the card expires. The gift card can also be used for partial purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash. You can use the online (digital) or the plastic gift card by providing your gift card number or PIN code when paying for products online, if this payment method is made available by the system, or in the stores. The online (digital) gift card can also be used in stores presented digitally or in a printed form. You can receive detailed information about your gift card balance, purchases made with the gift card and the expiry date of the gift card by entering your gift card number and PIN code on www.decathlon.ch Besides that you can inform about it in our stores or the Central Customer Service. Used or expired products cannot be recharged. Such products may not be refunded, replaced or extended in terms of validity, once lost, stolen or expired.

Go to the Decathlon website, log in, and add items to your cart. At checkout, select Have a gift card and enter the gift card number and PIN. The gift card amount will be applied to the purchase, and you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
In-store
Visit a Decathlon store and show the gift card to the cashier at the time of payment. If there is a remaining balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method
