If you return merchandise originally purchased with an eGiftCard, any refund will be issued in the form of a plastic gift card issued by DCS, which can be used at any of these stores or online. Purchases will be deducted from the eGiftCard’s balance until it reaches zero. Please note that the eGiftCard may not be used or redeemed with certain promotional offers and may not be applied as payment on any account. You cannot use an eGiftCard to purchase other eGiftCards. The card’s value may not be added to; you need to purchase a new card for additional value. It is not redeemable for cash unless required by law and is limited to use in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The eGiftCard is void if resold or transferred for value.

By purchasing this eGiftCard, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement. You can redeem up to 5 eGiftCards per online transaction.
